0254 – Circle Square 2
Complete refurbishment of the ground and mezzanine floors at Circle Square 2, in order to provide improved welcome space, lounges, meeting rooms etc into this existing office building within the Circle Square masterplan.
The project involved the introduction of warm and welcoming spaces within the existing ground and mezzanine floors, along with improved access facilitated by the (structurally complicated) introduction of new escalators into the existing reception space.
This operation in particular required Bridge Architects to work closely with the Main Contractor, Specialist Sub Contractors and building management team to ensure the smooth installation of the escalators into a live office building over a single weekend.
The transformation of the ground and mezzanine floors has been successful and provides warm, welcoming spaces to both levels of this important office building in the Circle Square campus.
