0241 Private Residential Estate, Cheshire

Set within a large historic private estate in Cheshire, this extensive project spanning over 10 years has included restoration, alterations, sensitive demolitions, additions and re-construction across the entire estate portfolio; including works within the main Grade 2* listed Georgian house, curtilage listed outbuildings, cottages and a Grade 2 listed barn.

Throughout the project Bridge Architects has worked closely and collaboratively with the clients, landscape architect, heritage consultant and contractor, to successfully co-ordinate a series of listed building and planning consent applications with scope covering building envelope and interior work over all RIBA work stages.
