0225 Lowry House Serviced Offices

Interior redesign and refurbishment of existing office floor plates to create new serviced office suites.

The scheme provides new serviced office suites and associated lounge areas within selected upper floors at Lowry House in Manchester city centre.

Each floor plate has its own distinct aesthetic based around nature, with the whole design concept linked by the use of a natural colour and materials palette. Selective exposure of the existing building fabric, including a concrete coffered ceiling and columns serves to add visual interest and improve internal headroom.

Interior ‘dressing’ of the spaces was also included in Bridge Architects scope.

The construction programme was phased and completed on site in Autumn 2019.
