0204 Springwood

This existing office building was entirely re-clad with new horizontal bands of Siberian Larch cladding, together with new bands of aluminium framed windows serving to completely transform the external appearance of the building.

The timber gives the building a beautiful organic appearance suited to its parkland setting. A new stone portico wraps the existing glazed entrance lobby, and serves to better demarcate the entrance to the building. The setting of the building is further enhanced by a new hard and soft landscaping scheme by Planit IE.

Internal refurbishment works included a new reception area and common parts. All works were completed whilst the building was fully occupied.

The project was completed in May 2018.
