0202 Whitehouse

Whitehouse is a grade II Listed building used as small suite serviced office accommodation, forming part of the Wilderspool Business Park in Warrington. Formerly home to the Greenall family of brewers, the building was extended and converted to offices in the 1980’s.

Bridge Architects were appointed to review the design of the interior spaces and provide a new concept to facilitate a re-launch of the serviced office provision.

The design involved restoring many of the original period features, and re-ordering the internal spaces to improve the reception arrival experience, meeting facilities and provide spaces for co-working and social interaction. Suites were refurbished and new furniture selected to provide a boutique feel akin to a small luxury hotel.

Bridge Architects scope also included FF&E, internal signage and wayfinding design, and finishes specifications.

The Whitehouse won the ‘Medium Commercial Interiors Project of the Year’ Mixology award in 2017.
