Bridge Architects successfully navigated a complex and difficult route through Planning (with High Peak Borough Council) to achieve the client’s brief for a significantly larger replacement dwelling located in the Derbyshire Green Belt.

The proposed house is a well ordered, simple, pitched roof volume of render and slate sat upon a stone plinth that responds sensitively to its countryside setting.

Planning permission was achieved Dec 2013.
