Manchester One (previously Portland Tower) is a 21 storey office tower located on Portland Street in Manchester city centre.
Bridge Architects have been involved in phased works to the building since 2013. These include a mid-life external refurbishment of the tower with new external landscaping, a new reception fit-out, new lift lobby and common parts upgrades and several floorplate refurbishments.
