0130 Hemmings House
Bespoke new build house on a garden site in Woolton, Liverpool, constructed using SIPS panels.
The house is comprised of a two storey, rendered bedroom block sat atop a living block distinguished by facades finished with long-format handmade bricks.
The split-level ground floor steps down to provide increased-height primary living spaces, to provide level access direct to the south-west facing rear garden.
The project completed on site in April 2014, and utilised a high performance SIPS (structural insulated panel) construction system.
