The brief was to provide new customer facilities, and completely change both the internal aesthetics and customer perception and experience of the building. 

The works include the creation of a calm, contemporary reception area, directly linked via a feature accommodation stair to a new customer lounge, meeting rooms and evolved workspaces at level 01. New high quality serviced office suites and lounges are provided at levels 03 and 05, with common parts refurbishments to the building as a whole.

With careful consideration of phasing, the works were undertaken whilst the building was occupied and completed in late 2017.
