0231 Lowry House

Complete transformation of existing office building and adjacent former bank in Manchester City Centre.

The scheme includes refurbishment of the existing ground floor and basement spaces in Lowry House and the creation of an internal connection to the adjacent former bank building on Spring Gardens. The design includes an independent coffee shop, new business lounge, meeting rooms, events space, and dedicated wellness and relaxation spaces, together with new serviced office suites.

The design concept is to provide an urban oasis in the heart of the city centre. Significant structural alterations facilitate the connection of the basement and ground floor to create an indoor garden, complemented externally by an illuminated living green wall installation.

Works are due to start on site in summer 2020.
